The Truckee Football Foundation is proud to present two scholarships for emblematic Truckee High student-athlete graduates.
The Coach Shaffer Memorial Scholarship includes one $2,500 award to recognize a Truckee High graduating senior student-athlete committed to academics, integrity & leadership on and off the football field. Requirements include a 3.3 GPA, playing on the THS football team for two seasons, including senior year, and an essay (300 words or less) about how football has prepared you for life after high school.
The Wolverine Scholarships includes up to three $1,000 awards to recognize graduating senior student-athletes who show dedication, grit & courage in school, with family and on the football field. Requirements include a 2.5 GPA, playing on the THS football team for at least three seasons, and an essay (300 words or less) about how football has prepared you for life after high school and/or what it means to you to be a Wolverine.
