Nonprofit Training
We help our nonprofits become more productive and resilient. We design and host training programs for common needs. We work one-on-one for personalized technical assistance. With our nonprofits, our accomplishments include:
A 4-part training series for facilitative leadership led by UFacilitate and offered in both English and Spanish. Throughout the series, participants developed the concrete skills needed to lead through facilitation and collaboration including active listening, technology support and more.

With the devastating impact of COVID-19 on our economy and public health, nonprofits have had to shift quickly to answer the call of their communities. Facing increased demand, small and rural nonprofits have a critical need for online training on the implications of COVID-19 on their business models. We designed this online series of webinars for nonprofit professionals to prepare their 2021 Action Plan.
This four-part workshop series teaches the best in board governance practices. We invite existing and aspiring nonprofit board members. So far, we have trained more than 150 community members.

Learn MoreThe Jumpstart Accelerator Program is a multi-year program that was piloted in partnership with Network for Good in 2016-2019. Specific nonprofits with long-standing relationships to TTCF were invited to participate. After completing a rigorous assessment and evaluation, nonprofits were assigned coaches to strengthen their capacity. This program will be run again when another round of funding has been secured.
