The Cameron and Jane Baird Foundation (CJBF) created this scholarship to support Latinx students who don’t have the same opportunities as their peers. Despite their success in high school and in our community, Latinx students may not qualify for the same financial aid as non-Latinx students. The CJBF seeks to help even the playing field for these often first-generation low-income students, even if slowly.
Requirements: Need-based scholarship for a Truckee/North Tahoe area high school Latinx student attending a 2 or 4-year school
Amount: $2,500 annualy for up to 4 years
