Choose a Field of Interest
YOU DECIDE....
Donors who feel strongly about a specific cause or particular geographical area but do not wish to take an active role in grantmaking may want to give to a Field of Interest Fund.
This type of fund allows you to indentify and support a charitable purpose for example...
Specific Cause
- Economic opportunity
- Strong and connected neighborhoods
Geographical Area
- A geographic area that you feel passionate about supporting.
Fields of Interest
- Arts: supports artists, arts education, audience development, visual arts exhibits, and performing arts productions.
- Education: supports public education in the region including pre-school through community college.
- Health & Human Services: supports safety net services such as hunger relief, domestic violence, mental health, and senior services programs.
- Animal Welfare: ensures that our domestic and wildlife animals are protected and cared for.
- Environment: supports organizations improving our environment as well as environmental education programs.
Field of Interest - Broader Scale & Other Foundations
- If you choose to fund a field of interest on a scale broader than our region, TTCF will work with other community foundations to direct grants to appropriate organizations.
